Inna Shalyto graduated from the Bonch-Bruevich St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications in 2005 with a degree in Regional Studies.
Since 2016, she has been engaged in consulting in the field of GR and organizing cultural, tourism and educational events. From 2014 to 2016, as chairman of the St. Petersburg
Tourism Development Committee, she implemented an information campaign to promote St. Petersburg in Russian and foreign markets. She was also involved in the development of new travel packages and created the St. Petersburg Convention Bureau.
From 2013 to 2014, as Deputy Chair of the St. Petersburg Committee for Industrial Policy and Innovation, she created the St. Petersburg Center for Cluster Development and organized
a number of major international forums.
She worked in senior positions in AFK Sistema and Yota from 2005 to 2012 As part of her activities at AFK Sistema, Inna Shalyto created Stream LLC, specializing in the development
of multiplatform services— a company that has become an industry leader. At MTS, she was responsible for the media innovation strategy. She developed a multimedia platform cloud product; created specialized clients for smartphones, STB, and Smart TV; and obtained the rights to digital content from major studios (Walt Disney, Universal Studios, Sony Pictures, Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros., etc.).
Working on the development of the Yota brand, Inna Shalyto launched a number of innovative media services (Yota Music, Yota TV, Yota Video). She brokered unprecedented deals in Russia for the acquisition of rights to digital media with major Hollywood studios and for the first time in Russia received digital rights to the music of all major international
record labels.



She has more than 23 years of work experience, including as CFO of the project “The year of Russian-Qatari Culture 2018”; in Swatch group (Russia), and as chief accountant in Chanel (Russia).

She has extensive experience in financial management (strategic and operational management, budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis) at a wide range of companies, and successful experience in the development and implementation of business processes, policies, procedures, control systems.

She has experience in start-ups, and the development of business processes, management accounting, budgeting process, etc.

She speaks English (level C1 – advanced) and has extensive experience in working with it. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the All-Russian Correspondence Institute of Financial and Economic Education. Her additional education includes advanced training at the Moscow State University Training Center (ACCA, DipIFR), at the PWC Academy (CIMA, CIMA P1, P2), and at the Moscow School of Business (Change and Project Management in Finance, MBA) 


Executive Director

Tatiana has MBA in Strategic Management of California State University East Bay,  diploma in Management of Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, and graduation from Moscow Finance and Law University with an honorary diploma in Financial Management.

She has more then 12 years experience in operacional and financial management in international and local companies from different industries: cinema and advertizing production, broadcasting, fundraising, festivals, events&entertainment, sales, construction and investments. She has implemented corporate managerial reporting standards in company’s foreign branches located in Macedonia, Czech Republic, Ukraine. During her work in Park Cinema took part in production of Russian series Sherlock Holms (2013), Black Cats (2013), Ekaterina (2015)

Joined ROSKINO Team in April 2021.



Dmitry Kabanov has been working in the industry for 17 years.

He graduated from Sholokhov Moscow State University for Humanities.

Dmitry Kabanov has developed over 60 international projects during his 13 years of working for ROSKINO. .

His portfolio includes the organisation of displays representing Russian cinematography at leading international film markets – EFM, FILMART, MipTV, Marché du film, Venice Film Festival, TIFF, MipCOM, AFM. The projects were developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, The Russian Export Center and The Intergovernmental Foundation for Educational, Scientific and Cultural Cooperation (IFESCCO)


Anna Ryasik

Head of International

Anna Ryasik graduated from Moscow State Linguistic University with a degree in Theory and Methodology of teaching foreign languages and cultures. Then she got a specialisation in French studies and literature at MSU French University College.

Anna Ryasik has a vast experience in PR, marketing and management, particularly with state institutions.

In 2012 she joined the ROSKINO team in the position of International film festivals and markets manager. after only 6 months she became the Director of the department. Anna Ryasik has developed strong relations with international industry players and has initiated many strategic partnerships.

Anna Ryasik has a portfolio of over 20 projects including Russian Pavilion during Village International event within Cannes Film Festival, representation of the national industry at the American Film Market, European Film Market, Asian Film Market, Venice Film Market and international film festivals – Cannes Film Festival, BFI London Film Festival, Berlinale, Rome Film Fest. She also took part in the development and organisation of another ROSKINO project – International mobile film market DOORS in 2012 and 2013. Anna Ryasik has coordinated international sessions during the International Media Forum held in Saint Petersburg in 2014. Her work also includes various finance raising activities.

Jamilya Atakishieva

Project Manager

Jamilya Atakishieva graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a master’s degree in Modern and contemporary history of European and American countries. Her master’s theses were written jointly with Institut Catholique de Vendée in France.

She started her career supervising educational projects and worked at EKSMO Publishing House for over a year.

Jamilya joined film industry in 2019 and already obtained a wide experience in international event planning. At Roskino she has worked on presenting Russian film industry at leading international film markets. Liudmila Arlanova


Liudmila is an experienced event manager with a big passion about film industry and design. Skilled on Event Planning, Customer Service, Advertising, and PR. Strong media and communication professional graduated from Russian State University for the Humanities and Art and Design School HSE.

Liudmila has working experience at International Reed Elsiever Group, Reed Exhibitions, one of the leading companies managing industrial events for design, travel and food industries.

After supervising projects and events for different markets, including the educational conferences for HSE and business development of LexisNexis databases, Liudmila joined Roskino team to develop international projects starting with the Key Buyers Event that was held in October 2019.



With educational background in international relations and in journalism Margarita joined the company in 2021. 

Margarita has previous working experience in hospitality management and media industry, such as television and digital-journalism. 

At Roskino she has already worked on such international projects as European Film Market, Key Buyers Event, Marche du Film, Venice Production Bridge (Venice International Film Festival) etc.


Vladimir Labutin

Chief Marketing Officer

Vladimir Labutin graduated from Moscow State University and also received additional education in digital marketing.

He has been working with international companies (Western Union, Veon, Indesit, Casio) and has more than 15 years’ experience in strategic marketing. He developed, launched and promoted new products and services and has an expertise in carrying out marketing research.



Natalia is a young marketing communication specialist passionate about promoting quality cinema and local artistiс vision. She has graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration major in marketing. Natalia took extra courses in the field of cinema and art history. She had international volunteer experience and had several internships in digital marketing. 


Svetlana Lysyakova


Svetlana Lysyakova has a broad PR experience in various industries from automotive industry and motorsport to HoReCa and tourism. She has been working with well-known brands and large corporations (Avtovaz-Renault-Nissan Alliance, Lukoil, Rosneft, Glavkosmos) and was involved in their international projects. She has also a vast experience of working in different types of media. Svetlana is a member of the Russian Union of Journalists.

Svetlana started working with ROSKINO in 2019 on a project basis and joined the team in October 2020.


Anatoly Kuzmin

Art Director

Anatoliy Kuzmin graduated from the Higher Academic School of Graphic Design. His teachers were Vladimir Chaika and Evgenii Dobrovinskiy – well-known Russian designers.

He has worked for state institutions (,, and leading international companies such as Mars, Danone, Coca-Cola, Agfa, Toyota and others.

Anatoly Kuzmin was honoured with the letter of commendation from the Russian Government and international competitive diplomas. Anatoly Kuzmin is a member of the Russian Designers Association. His work experience also involves teaching.



HEAD OF russian film festival

Daria Stolerova has a vast experience as a producer of international events. Her portfolio consists of over 20 projects at the leading international film festivals and markets, including Marché du film, MIPCOM, American Film Market, Asia TV Forum & Market, MIPTV, MIPCancun and others.

Daria graduated from MGIMO University with a degree in International Law. She started her career in 2018 in Expocontent, a consulting company for key Russian industry players dealing with film, TV and animation promotion at the international level. There she worked as a Project manager and was also responsible for social media marketing and PR communications.

In 2019 Daria took part as a Project manager in Key Buyers Event, the first and unique international market of Russian audiovisual content. Two years later, in 2021, Daria became the General Producer of the event.

Alisa Stolyarova

Film Programmer

Аlisa Stolyarova has been working in the industry for 10 years. She graduated from All-Russian State University of Cinematography named after S. A. Gerasimov, Producing Faculty. Alisa is experienced in the film distribution field, during her work she has worked on more than 40 releases, acquired foreign movies at international film markets and festivals for their further distribution in Russia and the CIS.

Among other projects, she initiated and worked on the concept of releasing restored versions of David Lynch, Alexey German and Michael Haneke films and worked for the Documentary Film Center (DFC) as a Film Programmer. Alisa was also involved in international distribution of Russian content in Russian World Vision and Central Partnership film companies in recent years.

In 2020 Alisa joined Roskino team.



Sofia Egorova graduated from MGIMO University with a Bachelor and Master degree in Public Relations. Her job experience is mostly connected with PR and Administrative support of various International Film Festivals and Forums held in Russia since 2014. 

Sofia accumulated all knowledge and experience in her Master’s Thesis titled «PR-activities in the sphere of organizing international film festivals on the example of Moscow International Film Festival». 

She mostly dealt with the Protocol assistance, international guests accompaniment and also with the contracts executing concerning the films’ screenings during the Festivals. Sofia has been a Program Department Manager of the Moscow International Film Festival for 2 years. 

In September 2021 she joined Roskino team and is currently working with Russian motion pictures’ rights holders and the platforms, helping with coordination of the festival terms and conditions and also curating the materials’ use.




Ekaterina Bayramova graduated from the Law Faculty of Moscow State University.

She has been working in the industry for 12 years. During her 9 years at ROSKINO, she was successfully providing legal support for many different projects. She also has 6 years of work experience in strategic consulting and more than 10 years in management. Ekaterina Bayramova is well versed at working with state institutions.

Julia Bezborodova

Chief Accountant

Julia graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a degree in Accounting and auditing. She has been working in accounting for 16 years, of which 9 years in public bodies. She has experience in restoring accounting, in reporting to regulatory authorities and in auditing. Also Julia is a member of the Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia.
